EPDM is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane that's been used on UK flat roofs for decades, and for good reason. It's flexible, resistant to UV damage and extreme temperatures, and because it's usually laid in a single large sheet, there's very little chance of it failing at a seam.
It's a great option where speed of installation matters, or where the roof shape doesn't suit fibreglass as well. Like all our flat roofing work, it's backed by a 10-year guarantee, and if it's ever damaged, EPDM is straightforward to patch-repair without needing to replace the whole roof.
